Naaptol - Incorrect information regarding refund

I came to know that naaptol is such ****** company! I made the payment through online for Galaxy Tab 3.0 and they have cancelled my order due to Price change and they even not contacted which is against their cancellation policy!

Now today when I contacted their customer service team they gave me different answers....one say I will get my refund amount credited to my credit card and another on said I will get a cheque which is according to their policy!

Please confirm me regarding the mode of refund.

Main ek wespro ka mini laptop sopping kiye tha.but o kharab nnikla...phir mmain replic k liye veja bad main .o to opas nahi mila ..phif mai our case deke phir nnew liye tha o bhi repplice ke liye veja o bhi nahi mela..services aacha nahi hai.naptol ka..bhout llambhi story hai..aget our details k liyye ..Call me..my no.********30
