Dear Sir / Madam,

I have two complaints:

One:
This complaint relates to the poor service and repairs performed on my car (I20 ASAT ABS Model). One fine day my car failed to start with flickering lights on the dash board and engine immobilizer indicator coming on. Pursuant to this my car was towed to Trident Hyundai Shesadripuram branch who advise that my Car’s EMC (central computer of the car) had failed. I requested them to replace the part for a cost of approx Rs. 27000 /-. On driving the car home, I still noticed there were lingering electrical problems like:
1. Dash board indicator not working properly
2. One of the ignition key not working
3. Jerking / skipped ignition
4. Starting problems
On approaching the service center, I was advised that the electrical problems will continue to persist and I should manage as long as the car is running.
But unfortunately the car has failed to start again and I have left the car in Jaksandra triden Hyundai. Now the service representatives have mentioned that the EMC has failed again. The car has hardly been used from my previous service and I am not sure what to do.
If Hyundai cannot deliver the promised service – where should I go to get my car repaired. I have practically purchased a lemon considering that this car has so many problems with only 9800 kms on the odometer.
Please advise if I can ever get my car repaired and what would be the time frame. Also suggest a contact person to talk to and take my complaint forward.

Two:
Another complaint regarding the quality of service performed on my I20 Car at Trident Hyundai Domlur. I had left my car for routine service at the service center with one complaint that there was noise coming from the wheel of the car. When I went to collect the car, the service representative mentioned that he had found the problem to be in the struts and advised that he had replaced the part on warranty and the problem is now fixed. I paid the service bill of 6000+ Rs and drove out – only to notice that the sound was more intense. Upon calling the center, they asked me to bring the car back the following Monday for diagnosis. Further investigation revealed that the service center had not tightened a bolt on the engine resulting in my having to change the timing belt casing.
I had to pay an additional Rs. 2400/-. If this is the quality of service and breech of trust, I rather go to a local mechanic. Please advise I can avail a refund on my service costs due to failure on the part of Trident Hyundai.
