Service Center - Incomplete & Defective Product Received form Naaptol

i am byuing one mobile hand set from Naaptol on 30-11-2010 but i found few impurites in it which i have faced from last three days.
1. As commited i will not received free gift assoceries with the product. i.e with the mobile i received Only Hand Charger. & as commited i will not received TFT Card Reader, Mobile Pouch, Screen Guard.
2. Out of Two Batteries One Battree not worked.
3. Torch is not Operated.
4. Incoming Voice is very poor & Slow.
5. Batery Back up is very Poor. Not at least 1 Hr.call time
Kindly look into this . 2 days back i will submit same report till now no reply from your end.

Please look into this to resolve the Problem.

i am byuing mini sewing machine from Naaptol but i found machine is not in working condition. i have faced from last six months.
Kindly look into this . 6 months back i will submit same report till now no reply from your end.

Please look into this to resolve the Problem.
