Hi,

I am a regular tax payer and I did not receive the tax refund for FY 2009-10.

In spite of regular follow-up every once in 2 weeks, I am always told that refund will happen. I am following through CPC (toll free: 1********29).

I am quite confused, do I need to visit the CPC office and check whether the officer is looking forward for the bribe. I don't want to give bribe.

Can anybody suggest how to get my refund amount?
