I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CALLS FROM RELIANCE MOBILE FROM EITHER GUJARAT OR UP TO ANY BSNL LAND LINE PHONE IN BINA MP ( STD CODE 07580 ).
RELINACE TO OPEN THE PATH AND LINK FROM THEIR BHOPAL MSC
