last year in april i purschased detox cabinet for 2 lakh rs. it has life long warranty including 3 year guarantee. 2 weeks ago on 22nd april my machine started burning(as it is made up of wood) when my client was sitting inside. nothing happened to my client fortunately. so i rang mr.rangarajan and asked for further help. first he said he will send me newly designed FIR generator for replacement.
And then asked me to transfer 4000 rs/- on his account as charges for his technicians to come to me.
i did not agreed with him for it and he gave me many unvalid answers. my clients are waiting for therapy and asking me everyday for machine. i had no answer to give so i requested rangarajan to decrease the cost . As i knew from chennai to mumbai is only 700 rs (from railindia.com) and that will cost arround 1500 + some food charges. but he did not agree. as im suffering unneccesary losses everyday due to their service....so i agreed to send 4000/-rs. i did send it on 29th april 2010 at 3.30pm from HDFC bank NAsik. also i informed him immeidiately. so rangrajan promised to send the technicians in 2 days.
today when i called him, he was so arrogant and was denying to send the technicians. also he said i ve called my technicians back.
Now what to do? Even in warranty period i ve paid the money becos my pateints are suffering the delay. still no service from this company. I want quick service and also losses made by them in this 2 weeks.

Dear Sir,
i have been dealing with this company for the past 3 years, i have 5 of their blizz detox cabins,all are working in perfect order, and when there were issues they have always sorted it out within matter of days inspite of the long distance,
moreover their replacment warranty is 6 months only and there after also they charge only incidental charges and never charged for spares or anything else.
this complainant seems to be biased as he says he is using it commercially, and making money and dont want to pay for service ,it is not rational,
there is a limit to consumer bullying genuine companies like this , as this man does,
