I bought new u10i model phone of ur product, but as i used for 1week the speaker stopped working, I approached ur sony ericssion service center which is near to my place.
The people told me that loudspeaker was the problem and we should replace the part, its already 4 days gone i dint get back my mobile, && one thing i need to ask u was how can a new mobile seek this kind of problem. If you are not so particular & serious about my complaint, i am going to take this as very serious issue.. Hence i need ur answer to this problem immediately.
