Dear Sir, Madam
I'm resident of Sai Ashish Society, Vikhroli. I'm Secretary of the said society. In our society we have shop owners as well and one of second shop owner (he recently purchased) has made some changes, which will have a problem in the future. He has not communicated to society that he is making changes in any form. When we asked him, he said I have taken builder's permission. We have asked him to submit that letter to the society till date he has not done that. Our society is not registered yet.
Can we complain to BMC, please advice
