Indian Railways - ILLEGAL CHARGED OF MINOR CHILD UPTO 5 YEARS

i booked a return ticket from una himachal to delhi at kirti nagar station. ticket vendor said you did not need to take a ticket of minor child upto 5 years. your child will sleep with her mother. vide ticket no.20751274 and pnr no.254-2951445 . on travelling day 9-12-2010 at una station TTE insulted and compled me to take my child ticket and delivered me excess fare ticket no.597763 dtd 9-12.2010 of Rs.370 which is illegaled. pleased to get me refund said amount and to take action against said TTE for his misbhaviour.
