My service phone number is ********32 I received an advertisement call from IDEA Cellular today that I am receiving a 3 month free service from idea dial tone without any charges Do you agree I said yes The services was started and I was charged Rs 80 for that This happened today I called 198 customer service and they provided 300551 to make a complain but nothing happens on this number --This is fraud and must be reported as the customer s being misguided by the marketing personal of IDEA My amount so charged must be reversed or returned to me and all SMS services must be stopped to my account
