Idea Cellular - IDEA deducted an amount of Rs. 30 unnecessarily

I received a message from idea in which it was mentioned that dear customer an amount of Rs 30 /- has been debited from your account on 05-Aug-2011 03:37:14PM towards UTV15 AUDIO MOVIE (UTV15)............
I have no idea what the hell is all this and I want my money back and want to request idea to stop be fooling its customers............

sir mam ,
i m a regular idea user from last 8 years. last night my cell showing roaming .in actual i min local due this i can not access my internet .showing roaming only for internet only .no charge to listen for calls or customer .... and showing double network airtel,idea on screen i m using sony w8{e16i} my number is 9785676424...plzzzzzzzzzzz
