Idea Cellular Limited - Idea Cellular: Please respond to my request

All I want is a number of my choice: "78778" as the last five digits. I have sent email on 29th December 2011, nobody responded to my request. I contacted Idea hub in my locality at Tollygunge Circular Rd in New Alipore - Kolkata, but they could not tell me who can help me about getting a specific number of my choice.

"78778" is not a fancy number of premium number. Still, what will you charge for this and from where can I get this number? Tell me clearly, please?

UPDATE:-
Just now received a call from !dea and the caller verified my identity and promised to get back to me with details of availability my requested number.
