On 30th may 2014 my balance of Rs. 97 is deducted automatically without my consent. when I trying to contact customer care executive they misbehaved and not giving proper answer and refused to file my complaint. this is not tolerable. you are requested to kindly take this matter seriously and make some necessary action as early as possible. my idea no. is ********82.
