I have purchased two number 9911124400 9911124401
dealer id =TFR126 I have given 500 Rs for both number on date 18 aug 2010 but number not activated till now i have already raised complained but still now no action is taken

And 89910483041084974561
i have called many time to dealer but they didn’t pickup the phone I have called many time to customer care but they are not providing me any solution and almost they misguide me
i sending mail to nodal officer grievance officer and appellate officer on their email ids grievance.delhi@idea.adityabirla.com,
appellate.delhi@idea.adityabirla.com but never reply my email and

Extn No: 6889 he is appellate officer on 31 Aug 2010 he committed me with in 24 hour number will be activated but still problem is same on 01-sep-2010 again i call to him he committed me with in half an hour problem will be resolved
but still problem is same
