Idea Cellular - IDEA cellular deducted an amount of Rs. 30 unnecessarily

I received a message on my mobile number 9598524880 from idea in which it was mentioned that dear customer an amount of Rs 30 /- has been debited from your account on 05-Aug-2011 03:37:14PM towards UTV15 AUDIO MOVIE (UTV15)............
I have no idea what the hell is all this and I want my money back and want to request idea to stop be fooling its customers............

What the hell is this.... Why is Idea not returning the deducted amount ? Why do they think that in India a company can deduct any amount unnecessarily, when ever it feels to do so,do they think no action would be taken... This sort of shameless attitude towards its own customers.. really proud company.....
