ICICI Direct - ICICI demat - Fradulent service

Hello,

I got a call from ICICI direct representatives on 12/8/11 regarding trading account offer.
The lady who called said that , initially an account fee of Rs 250 would be charged and the same would be credited back within 3 working days. Moreover she said that it's an life time free trading account with absolutely no annual fee.
She even agreed that there areno hidden costs attached when i re-enquired her about this offer.

Aftermath effects:
After my account was activated , Rs 250 was debited to my account, even after a month, this fee has not been reversed.
When i enquired about this with thei customer care, they said that the account opeing fee won't be revesed and there is no such offer.
Moreover they said that the account comes with an annual fee of 450 + taxes.

Please beaware of such fradulent offers from this Bank. Dont' ever trust them.

hi karthik your 100% correct. these people are duing fraud like this. the same thing happen for me. i was also paid 250 rs but i didnt get the money. why these people doing the business by having sucha fradu activitys.
