Hi all


I am facing Issue in ICICI bank account and not satisfy with this type of service. Today I found that icici bank deducted 28 rs from my salary account as a name of ATM DEC CHG. Let me know Is it valid deduction ?

i am seeing that ICICI bank is always apologizing for such complaint where money is deducted on the name of ATMDEC or POSDEC. Are they paying back the money? My money is also being deducted on the same code. Why the hell they are deducting this money. If they have valid reason for deducting then mention which RBI rule dictate this. If no RBI rule say this then they should not deduct the money at all then why are they deducting this money always and then apologizing. I want to file case against this bank. Let me know how to do that.
