ICICI Bank Limited - ICICI Bank Limited - Deduction of rs 28 as a name of ATM DEC(8475/25ST3)

Hi all


I am facing Issue in ICICI bank account and not satisfy with this type of service. Today I found that icici bank deducted 28 rs from my salary account as a name of ATM DEC CHG. Let me know Is it valid deduction ?
