I have been charged Rs.28/- for a transaction named "ATMDEC CHG".

I am holding salary account where i can have upto zero balance, and if I am using other bank ATM, then its also legal as per RBI rule.

The reported transaction detail is "ATMDEC CHG/25-01-12/4140/25ST3". The transaction date is 15/02/2012.

My ICICI account number is 000201659073 and is with MG road branch , Bangalore.

Complainant's Goal: i want reason to charge & money back

Just checked my account's statement and gotto know that I was charged Rs 28 twice in the name of ATMDEC CHG/31-07-13/2362/25ST3 by ICICI on aug 14,2013. and I didnt even visit an ATM on that day. ICICI people are to be taught what the power of the consumer is !!
