iberry asia - Iberry Auxus Nuclea N2 defective after 2 months, not replaced or repaired in 1.5

I pre-booked an Iberry Auxus Nuclear N2 handset in Jan. through Iberry site. After much delay, they finally delivered it in early March, that too without a back cover (which cam later)! After 2 months, the phone hanged up. Given to local service centre, it was given back after a week, but this time with hardly any mobile signal reception. Now they have sent it to Delhi service center, which as per update from Iberry support is 'pending for required parts' now since one month! It seems Iberry does not stock enough spare parts and is now getting the same from Hong Kong or wherever! My ticket no. is 461630.

I demanded a replacement, since my phone is still under warranty. But Iberry Support is not accepting it. First they said the parts are being despatched to Delhi on 7th July. After 9 full days, on 16th July, they now say it is still pending for parts.

I would not recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money on Iberry products.
