MTel Communication Scam - i ve been cheated

LOTTERY, SMS, EMAIL & ONLINE SCAM ALERT - THESE SCAMS ARE VERY DANGEROUS!
Lottery, SMS, Email and Online scam letters are sent out by the thousands and thousands every day. There are only two things they want - your money and your identity. A simple mistake can lead to loss of your identity and money.

hi sir
i received a text message saying i ve won 250000 GBP AN d was said to contact mr mark at the above no i tried but no contact
then i recived an email which gave me my reg no M-TEL-350101
THEN THEY ISSUED ME MY WINNING CERTIFICATE which said i ve won 250000GBP
later on they send me the email saying i need to visit them but i dennied
then they said i ve to pay 450 GBP as my penelty for not being there
and now i need that money the last email i got was from mr pascal gazi
