I purchase software English-HIndi Dictionary from Public Software Library India Pvt. Ltd. and this software is included Trojan for money and banking fraud.
I was complain for it but they told me uninstall Antivirus to continue using our software.
the sold me Virus and Trojan, then why should i uninstall my antivirus. They are cheater.
i m submit virus scan report. but they did not respond me.

This complaint is a lie. We have clarified to the customer that the fault is not in our software but with the anti-virus companies.
Actually we used a propreitary copyprotection technology developed by Thinstall to protect our software. Due to the memory-resident nature of this technology the antivirus software's generic virus detection code would detect the copy protection as a trojan.
Unfortunately we can't fix this because we can't sell our software without copy protection (there is 70%+ piracy rate in India) and this problem is experienced by nearly all the effective copy protection technologies.
We requested the customer to create an exception to this file in the antivirus he was using.
Further, since then we have upgraded our copy protection to a different method and the new software developed from us do not have the same problem. English to Hindi dictionary is not one of them.
