creambells ice cream - i m shocked about discovering fly in ur product

I hav purchased malai chop ice-cream of ur company and on opening the cover i found a house fly been sticked on it...I took the ice cream to the shop keeper from whom i purchased the ice-cream and he agreed to my claim and he asked me that he will call the concerned executive of ur company to sort out the matter....But when we talked to him he does not gave us a good response and did not agreed to any decision.... I was purchasing creambell ice-cream till now on faith that they r of gud quality.....I want some urgent action to be taken otherwise i will be forced to take some action that can affectthe goodwill of ur company.....even the shopkeeper agreed that the fly appeared as a dry fruit on the ice-cream.......
