This is Balaji from Tamilnadu
My Order Id: 1015458761 towards 4D/3N Holiday Package for Amount Rs.5998.

Now I have Paid the Processing Fee of Rs.450 By online, But While Filling up the Booking Form Which is available in Online, I'm getting a Stupid Errors stating to fill Dispatch Date, but there is no column asking for that, While contacting the Customer care they are not showing any interest to clarify my doubt, Now they are not attending the call, I dont know what to do now?

Complainant's Goal: Either they have to Book my Holiday or else they need to refund my Amount.
