jaipur police - i m found police man on duty with alcohal

today i went on my empty house at pratap ngr. i found tow man lockout my house
unotherize way when i said them to leave my house two police man came there, one of them was alcoholic and threten us that u cant do this i found that his attention was disturb my handling point why?
