Hi sir,

I am Vijaya Laxmi Gowru, residing at flat number 40/5,GroundFloor,FirstBlock,1stCross,TR Nagar (ThyagaRaja Nagar)/ near NR coloney),Bangalore,560028.
When I was on the way to KR Market,I have lost mobile phone along with sim card AND My money Purse. My vodafone mobile number is ********20. I want to apply for duplicate sim card for the same number.

I lost near to this shop:
