i called to idea customer executive to solve my problem or for solution what i want to do....then i told my problem but he did not giving service he giving orders to me his name Mr Ajeesh. then just called an abuse word to him i'm really sorry about that and i'm really ashamed of your customer service i think you of them changed the customer service as to customer order........... i think he have no commitment on his job. plz maintain him as a good executive and tel give better service to your customers otherwisw you will loose your on going customers .. and i'm passing this message to consumer court ...i'm really shame of hi misbehavior..
