i have purchased samsung 42 ' colour TV 14 months back in hyd @ 60,000/-(sixty thousand rupees only). the TV is giving some problems i have given complant to the company thay have come to my house and thay sad mazer problem has come to your TV .the grentee period is over for one year.so u need to pay for the part amount that is
32,000/- for that part.

my samsung DVD writer which i have recetly got replaced ( from your service centre near Badamtola Amar sngha)due to non detection of DVD and non functionong like it cannot detect any thing be it CD or DVD and doesnot respond when assigned to write
It again happened the same I have not got time to check it but now when am checking it its the same defective piece it is replaced but for a bad defective one
another COMPLAIN i WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IS ... is that you poeple sign
customers as satisfied with product and never actauly allowed to check it and now when I argued it they said this is the precedure?? what IS THIS?? NOW WHY THIS PROCEDURE??
