Dear Sir,
I have purchased Nokia N900 2years before and from day i purchased its having a problem of charging and its not get charged...i went to Nokia Care, Mehdipatnam Road,12-2-784, 1st Floor, Habib Osman Complex, Beside Mughal Heights, Mehdipatnam Road, Hyderabad - 500028,and told them about this problem and they told us that this mobile is in warranty and will send it to the Nokia Company,So i have handed over them the mobile,and after 20 to 25 days i received the handset and again after using for few days its started giving me same problem and again i went there to the nokia care and handed them my mobile and they did rectify and give back my mobile back...this is how it continues for 5 to 6 times and again i am suffering from same problem and i went to them again and they are telling that,we will not do anything now and we will not take the handset and it will not rectify its seems.
I have purchased this mobile for around Rs.26,000 at that time,just i want to know what is the use of buying so costly mobile and if we cant get a good service and good product.
I know i cant affford again costly mobile,that is why i put this nokia N900 in scratchless conditon. I am really thankfull to you if u replace my mobile.
So i Kindly request you to change my mobile with any another mobile as i know nokia n900 is not coming now, i am suffering with this mobile from last 1.5 years,even after buying this mobile this mobile is not with me its all the time in nokia care only.
