cibil - I have been writing mails after mails but have not received any response

I have been writing mails regarding my cibil rating and detail but they are just bothered to even reply.I have already sent them all forms/doc with Rs 142 but still not sending the details.They are just very callous towards the customers and are acting as gaurdian of the data of credit history.I personaly feel they should first improve themselves and than become gaurdians of other credit history
