IRCTC - I cant get my Eticket to print

Dear sir,
myself sandeep patil, i made reservation for journey from Vishakhapattanam to pune on 27th Sept 2010 using SBI online banking. In my bank account the payment / transition is transferred to IRCTC done, on IRCTC reservation account it is showing payment from bank not recieved.. During making reservation my session has expired twotime.. Now i'm not getting my ticket to print .. please tell whether the amount of e-ticket will be refunded or not ? and whether ticket will get confirmed.

Complainant's Goal: want to get the ticket before availability of seats will over.
