Sir,
have purchased one Motorola E-685 mobile from home shop but they have sent me a used mobile. After that I have sent the mobile for
replacement but they again sent me a Locked Mobile. i have contacted so many times to home shop 18 but they didnt satisfy me in any manner. I have came to
motorola Service Centre but they denied to open the lock. Home shop have also told me for refund of courier charges for replacement of mobile but i have not received Rs. 345/- till date please sir help me regarding this matter. They have also not sent the bill of the mobile.

Hey I cannot believe that homeShop18 would send you a used mobile first to begin with. I have been shopping with them for a while now and I have never had such a problem with them. In fact there was one time when I bought a DVD player, and I guess the piece was a little damaged during the shipping process. So I called their customer care and I sent it back to them to have it replaced. To my surprise they willingly replaced it within a week of my sending it back to them! You should contact their customer care centre, I am very sure that they will help you out.
sir i have received the cheque but wht about my mobile my problem is as it. p\lease solve my problem or tell me what is step for solving the problem
