AIRCEL - I am very much fustrated against aircel

I register various complaints with aircel, about my service they cancelled my sms pack next day i recharged my mobile, i not even entering into aircel wap site but they charging money for me , daily 5 rs i regitered various complaints with there customer care about this issue not single person response me correctly & solve the problem, if i call to 198 call not connected with customer care even i complaint with aircel store spencer plaza chennai but no solution from them then i regitered complaint with nodal officer but no solution
