LIC of India - I am totaly disappointed with your Br manager Muradnagar br reply/behaviour

I and my son Anubhav Garg r having LIC policy no. 254099714 and 254099715 respectively.on 29/03/2012 I deposited 2 chqs for Rs10000/- each for premium payment.LIC of India Muradnagar Br (ser brn ) issued receipts no 103487 and 103491 .The chqs are not presented to my banker for payment.I was enquiring on daily basis since 10TH april and getting reply that v will present very soon.Finaly on 26/03/2012 I telephone to Mr Srivastava ;Br manager LIC of India Muradnagar Br and he asked me to contact in the evening.I telephone in the evening and he rudely replied that u sent the payment through draft only as v r not accepting cheques.I enquired as why u accepted chqs and issued receipt also;u should not accept cheque at that time ;he disconnect the phone.
