Samsung India - I am totally disappointed by SAMSUNG TV

I bought a 21 inches SAMSUNG COLOUR TELEVISION on 31-Jan-2012. After 2 days of purchase i found that video was not coming. When i switched it off and again switched on, then it started working. I continued to use it. Again on 10-Feb-2012, when i switched on there was no video but only audio. What is this that a 10 days old television doesn't work. I lodged a complaint and the service engineer is yet to come. i am totally disappointed that new TV is not working.
