My credit card No. 51********785006 Deutsche Bank Credit Card.

I have converted some purchases in emi\'s, and one day I wanted to foreclose the account so I spoke to one lady from their contact centre for forclosing she has given me one figure ie. forclosing amount inclusive of everything. According I have made a payment to the company by cheque.

Then also they were regularly sending me credit card bills which was showing absolutely credit balance and emi details only. Once against I spoke to them regarding this they told me that foreclosing has not been done, it will done you do not worry. after three to four months again i requested them to do the needful and in the next month i have received bill of showing all interest entries reversal. Payment due is 1500/-.

I my complaint is this when i have forclosed the account as per their instruction, in advance they have not updated the same thing their record is not my fault. Then why I should pay additional amount of Rs. 1500/-. Again I made same complaint with credit card company, and told them that I am not going to pay a single money as I have already closed the account.

My request;

I am regular customer regularly paying emis and accordingly forclosed the account. Why this penalty of rs. 1500/- when i am not defaulter. Against they have send me a bill of Rs. 1900/- i.e. inclusive late payment charges.

Kindly close the account, make O balance amount due.
