I BOUGHT A FRIDGE FROM GREAT EASTERN APPLIANCES PVT LTD,BEHALA BRANCH ON 26 JULY 2011,IT WAS BROKE DOWN ON 24 APRIL 2012 IN THE EVENING,ON 25 TH OF APRIL 2012 I WENT TO GREAT EASTERN APPLIANCES PVT LTD ,BEHALABRANCH AT 10:30 AM AND LODGE A COMPLAIN.THEY NOTE DOWN THE COMPLAIN BUT NO COMPLAIN WAS GIVEN.NO BODY ATTAINED THE COMPLAIN TILL NIGHT,THEN IN NEXT DAY I CALLED UP THERE AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NO SUCH COMPLAIN LODGE BY GREAT EASTERN APPLIANCES AND ASKED FOR THE THE DETAIL AGAIN (26 APRIL 2012),AGAIN I GAVE THE DETAIL AND THEY GAVE THE COMPLAIN NO. 2********2. ON 26 APRIL 2012 AT 2:16PM.AND PROMISSED ME TO ATTAIN THE CALL WITHIN 10 HOURS,I WAITED TILL THE NIGHT BUT NO ONE ATTAIN THE CALL.THE VERY NEXT DAY I CALLED UP GODREJ CUSTOMER CAREAT ABOUT 11:30 AM THEY TOLD THAT IT WIILL BE DONE IN 2-3 HOURS AND GAVE A PHONE NUMBER OF THEIR MANAGER MR.SANJIT DAS-********23,I CALLED HIM REGARDING THE PROBLEM ,HE BEHAVE SO ROUGHLY WITH ME BUT TOLD ME IT WILL BE DONE BY THAT DAY TIL AFTERNOON,AT AROUND 9 PM ONE GODREJ PEOPLE CAME FOR JUST 2 MINUETS EXAMINE & SAID HE WILL DO THE JOB ON MONDAY(30APRIL2012).I CALLED SEVERAL TIME TODAY (30APRIL2012) EVERY TIME THEY IT WILL DONE NEXT FEW HOURS,NOW IT IS 10:30AM 1/4/2012 , I AM LODGING THIS COMPLAIN TO YOU THAT MY WORK HAS NOT BEEN DONE YET.PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST GREATEASTERN APPLIANCES PVT LTD,BEHALA BRANCH & GODREJ AS WELL AS THE MANAGER MR.SANJIT DAS-********23.PLEASE SEND THE COPY OF THIS COMPLAIN TO THE CONCERN COMPANIES HEAD OFFICE ALSO.
