Ihave purchased Hero Honda passion plus bike from TANUSKA AUTOMOBILES Gwalior. in JULY 2010.last time bike get serviced on dated 19-07-2011. there was problem of front shocker or handle.but problem was not resolved,vehicle was not washed also.after that i went there thrice but i don't get any response.the services provided by TANUSKA AUTOMOBILES Gwalior.are too bad and irritating.kindly do needful.

Currently I am in Pune stay near Solapur road and Hero Showroom name was Shubhyan Motors Pvt.Ltd. in Mega Center but i ma not satisfied with is service policy because I am left my bike on Dated-19-Dec-2011 and time is 8:00 AM and they completed my service on Dated 20-Dec-2011 on time 5:00PM.Please suggest what was your time lines and one more think they will take only 40 vehicle a day only and cover a very long area.
Please take some action regarding this issue.

This is the very worst Hero service in all over the India.
Your online complaint no is not picking the call and i am trying many times.
Please do something ASAP.
