SRI LAKSHMI SAI MOBILE SHOPPEE - I am not satisfied with your product. I need a replacement.

Complaint date:7Jan2012. I have bought a 16GB Transcend brand pendrive from the shop mentioned above on 20th December 2011. The items are seen while copying in the pendrive but the pendrive is seen empty every time I wanted to take the contents from it. I tried in many systems but the result is the same.I was trying with the pendrive in different systems and also was a little busy travelling as its vacation time. Finally I got to know that there is a basic problem in the pendrive itself. Its is not holding the contents.

The pen drive does not bear any signs of mishandling and is in perfect condition. There was no reason for it not to work except that I received a defective piece which the vendor refuses to replace. Though its just over 15days since pruchase, he says there is no warranty on it and so he will not replace it. But I cant accept that as I have'nt gained the worth for at least a day from it. More over I do not afford to contain a pendrive which is not working. I need a replacement with a proper one with good function.Therefore, I've had to post this complaint here.
