Big Bazaar selling Poor quality Items in offers


I was purchased an food processor(Ken star) from Thrisur Big Bazaar 23/03/2011.After one month Ken star Sent a person for demo On that time only we realized that one of the part is missing;After 15 days I got that part but I paid for that.After 15 days motor is not working.I registered complaint and they came nearly after 20 days.Again after 1 month again it got problem;again I registered a complient waited for another 15 days for technician ..... Still this date It is continuing ......
I made a complies in thrisur Big Bazaar..I got a very good answer from Electronic Dept Madam" Your Food Processor is getting complaint because you are using it ". Form Thrisur Ken Star Servicing center I got a comment "Why all complaints are from Big Bazaar Customers"
