Sir i have filed a complaint regarding my window AC 1.5 Tonne on 1st April and i was told that engineer will visit on 2nd of april or on 3rd morning definitely but till today no body has visited. I am totally frustrated with the service support. My mobile no. is ********83 and my name is praveen kumar and my residence address is RZ-257, Dharampura-I, najafgarh new dellhi.
Now i m telling u the whole story, on 2nd april i called the service engineer Mr. Vikas having mobile no. ********49, and he assured me that he will visit next day morning definately , next day i m calling him regularly and is not picking up the phone and during this time i have called customer care so manu times and every time i m assured the they are looking into the matter and they said that \"you will recieve a call from service centre ahich is located in moti nagar but nobody called me and for your kind knowledge i have recorded the conversation also for legal action, last time somebody on the customer care given me the mobile no.s of Mr Amit and Mr Umesh who are service coordinators in service centre but they are not giving any support on sunday but on saturday at 7.45 PM and the guy on the line assured me that now adays service campaign is going on and on sunady also complaints will be attended but on sunday when i called up mr Umesh(********98) and mr amit (********94) they said that today is sunday . On monday morning somebody will definitely visit you but till evening 6PM nobody is there after that i called up Mr Amit and he talked to Mr Vikas on conference with me and he asked Mr Vikas to come back to office and vist my residence but when i called up at 9PM he again talked to Mr Vikas in conference with me and he said that he is in punjabi bagh and will visit my res. around 10.00 to 10.30 Pm now you people tell me that what is this way of service and this is the way you call service then i m very sorry to say that stop selling the products with service support and warranty support. Now i am sorry to telll you people that now i dont want any service and taking this matter to comsumer forum and sending back ur product to your service center and i dont want it anymore with this rubbish type of service support. and at last for ur kind knowledge i m having two mobile phones and one Home theatre of samsung also and previously same kind of problem i have faced in case of home theatre complaint and despite of that i have purchased samsumg A/c again forgetting that episode but now i m regretiing on my decision.
