Respected sir
Sir i had purchased a nokia e-71 with IMEI NO.-35********06077which was of white colour . This phone was giving alot of troubles and it was submitted with the nokia care centre sector 35 a no. of times for troubleshooting. This set was even sent to Head Office of the company and finally the set was swapped/replaced with IMEI No.-35********47037 which was of grey colour on 07-05-2010. Now again this replaced set is giving trouble and it gets hanged a number of times a day. Sir i had requested the nokia care centre to replace my cell with the same white colour handset, but they replaced me with the grey colour handset and they forced/insisted me to take that grey colour handset because of shortage of white colour handsets. Sir after your reply i had again submitted my handset to nokia care centre sector 35 and again requested them to change it with a white colour handset but the needfull was not done. Sir its a request to please do the needfull.

Complainant's Goal: My phone should be replaced with a new handset or my money should returned
