Godrej India - I am not satisfied with your poor after-sale service

I had registered a complaint with the Godrej customer care on the 23rd of August 2010, regarding the malfunctioning of Godrej Washing Machine, and had been alloted the complaint number 708133, but had failed to hear from any of Godrej's representatives since,only later received a thank-you Sms stating that the service had been rendered. On contacting the customer care, they claimed to have sent for a representative, I launched another complaint this time with the number 710265 and am awaiting response for the same.

I only hope Godrej responds in earnest and provides us the proper service reqired for the Washing Machine.
