Kindly inform you that i were book my bike on date 25/11/2011 from Ambala station to ujjain junction my R.R. no is 855023 and at now date 16/12/2011 i am not receive my bike and any of the department person not giving me a satisfy answer, although ambala cant parcel department CSR mobile no - 0********68 use abuse word and not given any information to me or other ujjain parcel department person .
so requested you that inform me about my bike and hand over me as soon as possible
i were given 1280 rs of charge of my bike.
