sir,
i had purchased your mobile phone XCD28 a week back. in this phone i m using vodafone SIM card. however most of the time this phone shows no service and does not read any network coverage. when i change the SIM to my old phone the network come on. this means that there is some problem with the phone. i had tried to put another SIM of IDEA when the phone shows no service but no success. tell me what to do. i am so annoyed that i had started suggesting to my friends for not purchasing the product of DELL.

Complainant's Goal: check the handset at my location and if handset is faulty replace it.
