BSNL Limited - I am not satisfied with your ECS facility for collecting payment.

Dear sir, My customer ID NO. is 1000084276 , i have allready submitted my bank paper dully signed for ECS facility.And last month payment Rs. 754/- is due for payment through icici bank Akhabar nagar branch Ahmedabad. but it is see that no payment is debited from my account. But i am receiving SMS that if any quary please contect to our public relation officer.Which i am not getting easily.Kindly see to it and reply early.whther my payment is reached or showing still due? Thanks Purshottam solanki
