I will like to lounge a complain as follow
My Ticket PNR No.: 266 2841115
Travelling Date: 07.04.2012
Train No. 12308
Regarding to above please note as soon as I enter in the coach the TT Mr. Grag ask me the ticket and ID. I submitted him the ticket and scan copy of ID card. He asked for the original, we requested to give same time to take out from suitcase.
He stated to shout in the coach and in the mine time other TT Mr. Mina (his ID No. 1544) both incest us to show Original ID immediately otherwise make a fresh ticket. Due to this situation my wife was unable to take out the original ID card in short span of time and they incest us to make a fresh ticket and it was taken (New Ticket No. D 0131366).
We request you to take appropriate action against both of them so in future at list same do not happen.
