Punjab Road Transport Corporation - I am not satisfied with the services of punbus

Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that, I Vijay Rishi took the bus ticket for DELHI from JALANDHAR BUS DEPOT on 19/07/2009 at 6:30pm but when I boarded the bus there was already a person sitting on the SEAT NO.9 which I was alloted. Then I was alloted SEAT NO.30 by the person who gave me the ticket. After travelling 20kms ticket collector came and asked me to get out of the bus because the bus was going to JAMMU. I told him that I was told that it is going to DELHI but he didn\'t paid attention to what I said and forced me to get down. I don\'t understand that if the bus was not for Delhi then why didn\'t he told me at that moment only and should not have changed my SEAT NUMBER. The tickets number are-
562523, 562524 (40Rs. each), 559574, 559575, 559576, 559577(50Rs. each). And the bus number was 9201.

Then I somehow managed to reach the bus stop back at JALANDHAR. There I was treated as if I am their servant, so RUDE and NON-COOPERATIVE behaviour. Nobody paid heed to me instead everyone told me to meet somebody else and ignored me. One man told me to go the room near PIPAL tree across the road, there the man said I am the SECURITY GUARD and don\'t know anything. He asked me to meet the other person at the counter but he was very ADAMANT that instead of helping he shouted back at me and asked to purchase another ticket and said it isn\'t his fault and asked me to throw the old TICKETS.
The bus then I took for Delhi was - PUNBUS PB-06A 9702 and tickects number are- 077030, 077031 (100Rs. each), 258676 (15 Rs.).

I request you to REFUND me the amount I paid for the wrong bus(going to JAMMU) as it was not my fault but the persons sitting at the counter misguided me. I am highly disappointed by your services and the way passengers are treated.
