Personal - I am not satisfied with the services of canon

Hello,

My uncle purchase the a Canon Digital Copier machine on 02FEB10 from "OM INFOSYS, E-4 MEEDO'S PLAZA. 26A RAJPUR ROAD DEHRADUN-248001".
Model No- IR-2318L,M/C Sr No-EQV10874.
Till now we have done lots of complaint but the service department never came in time, some time they even did not give the complaint number.
We are running a shop and most of time machine does not work. we have made the last complaint on 04Feb11 and till now nobody came to take care. Please look into the matter as it is part of our business and we are suffering on daily bases. Below is the information of buyer-
