I have bought some grocery and vegetables from Big Bazaar in Aurangabad.
After checking the bill at same place, I have realize item costs is extra than which is mentioned on it.
When I complained about this to the person at counter,his behaviour was very arrogant.
He told me to visit the upper floor counter and sort the problem their.
When I asked him for customer care person, he was not ready to tell me anything about customer care.
Then I visited the upper floor counter, one person called Rahul Mahajan told himself as Department Manager meet me and say sorry.But again I asked him about customer care manager, he was not allow me to meet customer care manager and tell me that he was out of town and he cant give us the cell number of customer care manager.
When I told him that I will e- mail my complaint to the website,he arrogantly said, you can do it.
Very arrogant and rough behavior by staff.
