I have bought the KENT water purifier from Lotus on 23 March 2011 with 1 year warranty.
My water purifier is out of order since last 10 day, I made the complaient with the LOTUS and they said it will resolved in 2 days and now it is crosses almost 10 day.
I made so many calls to LOTUS but they are not giving any proper response.
My experience with so called lotus is also very painful and full of stress.
I had purchased a Whirlpool Microwave Oven (Magicook 20C 118, bill no 81R1104785) on 23/10/2011, but it was not working from the day of purchase. For I complained about it through mail & telephone calls but no avail. Also after this painful experience, I am now hesitant to purchase any items for Lotus.
